Q: I would like to return my item! What do I do?

A: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. Merchandise returned without the original packaging or a used product may not qualify for a refund. The easiest way to do a return is to contact us and describe your issue. Please take notice that restocking fees of up to 20% may be applied on any return.

Q: How long does it take for me to get a refund?

A: For the vast majority of returns, it takes about 5-10 Business Days for us to get your package at the fulfillment center, inspect your return, process it into inventory, and complete your refund. If the refund is being issued to a credit card, depending on your credit card company, it may take additional time for your refund to get processed back to your card


Q: Where does EBC Canada ship out of? 

A: We ship from Canada, however, to accommodate our customers as much as possible, we will ship from our US Facility at no extra cost for the end user, which includes duties and other custom fees. 

Q: I bought some brakes, how long until I receive them?

A: We try our best to ship in-stock items as quickly as possible. Most orders that contain items in stock items will ship within 24h, if placed before 1pm EST. However, some orders require additional steps to be taken so please allow between 24 and 72 hours for order processing. Transit times vary depending on where you are located in Canada. Standard transit times are 3 to 5 business days, but could be longer in case items are not in stock. You will be notified if there is a part that's not available and we will work with you to come up with a solution.


Q: What is the availability of your brakes?

A: We have over 10 000 SKU's in stock and ready to ship, however if we do not have your part in stock, we will contact you and accommodate you as much as possible. If we can not, we will issue you a complete refund.

Q: How long does it take for you to get an item back in stock? 

A: The manufacturing time frame largely depends on the part in question, but it can take anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks for us to get that part in stock. We will keep you updated you of the progress if you choose to place an order for a special order item.
